On 7 September, In Berlin, there was signed an agreement between the LEPL Legal Aid Service and KnowledgeTools International GmbH. The agreement includes the use of the "LOGOS" program for digitalization and automation of the Legal Aid Service work.
In general, the modern pace of digitalization is the main challenge nowadays, which also applies to the legal field. This is a process that sooner or later will take jurisprudence to a completely new level. Therefore, it is important to keep up with the news and gradually start using modern technologies in our activities.
Razhden Kuprashvili, Director at Legal Aid Service: I would like to proudly note that the Legal Aid Service is the first state organization in Georgia that will use artificial intelligence in its activities. As you know, our Service is the organization that provides legal consultation to any person, and legal aid - to vulnerable beneficiaries through 13 bureaus and 38 consulting centers across Georgia. Taking into account that last year the Service received 17,442 cases to process and provided 24,369 consultations, the use of the "LOGOS" program and artificial intelligence, in general, will be of great importance in our work. This will give us the opportunity to advise the beneficiaries in the shortest possible time, to prepare qualified, legally substantiated claims, and at the same time, to ensure the highest possible quality of our services. I thank KnowledgeTools International GmbH once again, and I hope that our cooperation will be even more fruitful in the future."
