Within the framework of the "Let's make the Law accessible to All" movement initiated by the Legal Aid Service, the implementation of interesting initiatives continues.

On November 16, a presentation of the project "Paralegals" was held in Kobuleti municipality and Mukhaestate village.

At the meeting, the Director of the Legal Aid Service, Razhden Kuprashvili, provided the attending public with information about the services of the LAS, the criteria for receiving free legal aid, and the Service's ongoing projects. The paralegals involved in the project talked to the local population first in Kobuleti, and then in the village of Mukhaestate, on the issues related to women's rights, such as inheritance, divorce, protective and restraining orders. As is known, as part of the "Paralegals" project, non-lawyers, after completing the planned training program by the Legal Aid Service, provide primary legal consultation to the population.

This is particularly important for raising the legal awareness of society and ensuring effective access to justice for each person. The Legal Aid Service is grateful to the USAID Rule of Law Program for project funding and significant support.
