The Legal Aid Service produced 17,442 cases, offered 24,369 consultations, and created 1,454 legal documents in 2021; 5 (Five) consultation facilities were established in 2021 at Dedoplistskaro, Akhmeta, Lentekhi, Oni, and Khashuri to expand territorial access to free legal aid.
The use of artificial intelligence in the legal system has been launched. The mobile application LAS Georgia has been created - allowing owners of all types of mobile phones to receive legal assistance over the phone, while yet maintaining their privacy.
With the help of the application at this stage, it is possible to interview an attorney about the Children's Code, violence against women, and domestic violence, as well as about torture and inhuman treatment.
A number of significant initiatives were carried out to increase public awareness of the law: on June 11, 2021, representatives of a number of organizations signed a declaration that served as the impetus for the "Make the Law Available to All" movement.
Numerous meetings and mock trials were organized across the country as part of the aforementioned project.
