On February 18-19 within the USAID PROLoG Project framework, there was held a distance training on "Legal Writing", conducted by the lawyer, Lasha Kalandadze.
The training discussed the decision-making stages, like - processing the request, sorting out the factual circumstances, checking the request, finding legal grounds, substantiating, decision making; Analytical paradigm, bill preparation.
The training also included working on case studies.
The training was attended by lawyers and consultants from the regional bureaus and counseling centers of the Legal Aid Service, as well as by the invited public registry lawyers. The training was conducted with the active involvement of the participants.
Due to the current situation, the Legal Aid Service continues to conduct training and upgrading the staff online.
