On September 24, the Legal Aid Consulting Center was opened in Senaki (Tsereteli Str. N1). Accordingly, free legal aid has become more accessible to the residents of Senaki Municipality. In the consulting center there is available receiving free legal advice to any person on the issues such as land registration, inheritance, bank loans, neighborhood and family disputes, penalties and etc.
After the festive opening ceremony, within the framework of the UN Security Council resolutions on women, peace and security of the National Action Plan of Georgia 2018-2020, Razhden Kuprashvili, the director of Legal Aid Service met the population of Senaki and informed them the issues, provided by the resolution. The presentation was about the property registration, which was made especially for the IDPs, the women and girls affected by the conflict.
The Legal Aid Service is a free legal aid state organization, accountable to the parliament of Georgia. Legal advice is available to any person on any legal issue, and for the insolvent people, drafting the legal documentation and advocacy services are provided in the court and in the administrative bodies.
