Seminars are held at public schools of Georgia by the lawyers of Legal Aid Service.
From April 20 to April 24, seminars were held at 5 public schools. These are: Schools of Delikauri village, Zestaphoni district; School of Akura village, Telavi district; Batumi School N26; N8 and N9 schools of Rustavi.
In the framework of seminars, the public lawyers introduce pupils of higher classes with such issues as legal culture, fundamental human rights and freedoms, rights of minors, law enforcement bodies, court, court of jury, field of law, types of crimes and criminal liability, etc.
The aim of holding seminars at schools is to raise awareness among pupils and prevent crime. These activities are carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
