On April 22-25, 2 trainings are planned at the Training Center of Justice, dedicated to the General Administrative Code of Georgia and also to family and inheritance law. This will end the cycle of trainings supported by GIZ and aimed at deepening of knowledge of the LAS employees in civil and administrative law.
In the framework of the above-mentioned cycle 4 trainings were planned. In March, 2 trainings were held at which the participants discussed civil and administrative proceedings at the first instance court.
Delivering training for the LAS employees on civil and administrative law matters is connected with expansion of free legal aid in these fields of law, which has been started since April 15, 2015.
In the framework of the expanded mandate, Legal Aid Service has started court representation of the insolvent persons on civil and administrative cases, as well as on matters of social protection.
