Trainings elaborated by the American Bar Association and dedicated for public and private sector lawyers are held in legal aid bureaus.
On March 16, video training on electing trial jurors was held in Mtskheta bureau.

On March 18, training was about skills of electing trial jurors and professional ethics of a lawyer, led by the head of Kutaisi bureau, Gela Siordia and a lawyer, Valeri Kvantaliani.
On March 19, training was about aspects of enforcement of the ECHR decisions, led by the expert who spoke with participants from Tbilisi via Skype.
On March 20, together with the expert involved via Skype, lawyers discussed actual issues (challenges and innovations) of the criminal law – mitigated crime below minimum; conditional sentence; issue of separation of co-executor and complicity; separation of fraud from civil liability for non-execution of obligation undertaken by the agreement; reforms to be made in private part of the Criminal Code; individualization of punishment.
On March 21, a video training is planned to be carried out in Rustavi bureau where lawyers will get introduced with the criminal law issues.
The above-mentioned trainings are accredited by the Georgian Bar Association and the participant lawyers receive relevant points in the framework of the continuous legal education.
