The LAS Kutaisi legal aid bureau lawyers started carrying out on-site consultations in Samtredia municipality. On February 5, the Bureau lawyers held the first visit in Gomi village.
The public lawyers gave consultations to local population on different issues of criminal, civil and administrative law. The focus was made on appointment of pension and social allowance, as well as rules of registration in the base of the socially vulnerable families. They touched upon the regulatory norms of hunting and fishing.
Organizing of on-site consultations in villages of Samtredia municipality was decided at the meeting with the local-government of the Municipality which was held on 28 January. Such visits help raise legal awareness of the population.
