On September 24, the consulting center of the Legal Aid Service was opened in Khobi.
Free legal aid has become available to the population of Khobi (Tsotne Dadiani Str. N185), where it will be possible to receive legal advice on any legal issue for any person.
There will be one lawyer-consultant in the consulting center and he will give legal advice on various issues. The official opening of the consulting center was held in response to the restrictions imposed due to the pandemic.
At the open-air meeting with the population, which took place with the framework of the UN Security Council resolutions on "Women, peace and security" of the National Action Plan of Georgia 2018-2020, the Director of the Legal Aid Service Razhden Kuprashvili introduced the local population to the Legal Aid Services, the criteria of receiving free legal aid and talked about the several important legal issues for the region. Among them, the presentation covered the topic of property registration, which was introduced to IDPs and conflict-affected women and girls in accordance with the above-mentioned plan.
