From 22 September 2020, in Martvili (Tavisupleba Str. N10) receiving free legal aid will be facilitated, however, the consulting center of the Legal Aid Service was opened. The population of Martvili will be able to receive legal advice on any legal issue.
In the consulting center there will be working one lawyer-consultant. On the open-air meeting with the population, the director of Legal Aid Service Razhden Kuprashvili introduced the legal aid services to the local population, also the criteria of receiving legal aid and talked about women, peace and security, also about the topics covered by the UN Security Council Resolution 2018-2020 Georgia National Action Plan.
The Legal Aid Service is a state organization providing free legal aid. Legal advice is available to any person on any matter, and for insolvent people, drafting the legal documentation and advocacy services are provided in the court and administrative bodies.
