On May 4, the LAS Samegrelo-Poti Bureau lawyers held seminars at N1 and N2 public schools in Abasha.
The public lawyers talked to schoolchildren about juvenile justice, drug crimes, criminal liability, domestic violence, as well as relationships between parents and a child. As a part of the seminar, the pupils got introduced with criteria necessary for receiving free legal aid.
The LAS regional bureaus periodically carry out seminars at schools with the aim to raise legal awareness of minors and prevent committing crime by them.
