On July 11, a Legal Aid Service Consulting Center opened in Gardabani ( Davit Agmashenebeli St. # 127, Municipality Council (“Sakrebulo”) Building). The ribbon was cut by David Simonia, Director of the Legal Aid Service, and Vugar Mamedov, Deputy Chairperson of Gardabani Municipality Council. Gardabani Consulting Center will allow residents of Gardabani Municipality to take advantage of free legal consultation on the site.
The opening ceremony was followed by a meeting with local residents, representatives of the Town Hall, Sakrebulo, municipality villages and social services.
David Simonia discussed extensively the issues of concern like the free legal aid system, LAS services, women abuse, domestic violence, juvenile justice, and children's rights. At the conclusion, interested individuals were given legal consultations.
