On July 7, Gori Legal Aid Bureau consultant Nino Masurashvili attended a meeting in the village of Perevi (Sachkhere municipality) of the near-conflict zone. The meeting, as part of the Government agenda, was organized by the Office of the Minister of State for Reconciliation and Civil Equality.
Nino Masurashvili introduced the offers of the Legal Aid Service to the residents of Perevi, and discussed topics of women's rights and issues of domestic violence. She provided thorough responses to all of the locals’ inquiries.
The conference was also attended by representatives of the State Care and Assistance Agency for Victims of Trafficking and the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Department of Human Rights Protection and Investigation Quality Monitoring.
