On June 30, the 28th Legal Aid Counseling Center was opened in Lentekhi. Free legal aid has become even more accessible to the Lentekhi population. The center will have one legal consultant who will provide legal advice on various issues, including: the vulnerable rights, banking, land and real estate registration, inheritance, labor disputes, violence against women and domestic violence, supporter appointments and other urgent issues.
In the opening ceremony there participated Papuna Margvelidze, State Representative in Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Region. He noted that there was a real demand for free legal aid availability to the people of the region. Thus, the Regional Administration is pleased and will always support the functioning of the Lentekhi Counseling Center.
At the meeting after the office opening, Razhden Kuprashvili, Director of the Legal Aid Service, introduced the criteria for receiving free legal aid by the locals, and made a presentation on the important legal issues for the region. He introduced Nino Urtmelidze, a consultant at the Lentekhi Counseling Center, to the audience .
