The adoption of the Code of the Rights of the Child has conditioned an increase in the mandate of our service. It is the Legal Aid Service that provides free legal aid to all minors.
In order to increase the availability of services for the beneficiaries and to provide them in a convenient way, we have created a mobile consulting application, which is accessible for people living in any country in the world and can be downloaded through both Android and iOS. It is very important that the application allows the beneficiary, if desired, not to disclose their identity and remain anonymous.
The counseling application has been fully operational since 1 March, and through it, it is possible to get advice on any issue related to the rights of the child. The app is very simple to use and it gives any person the opportunity to contact us and get a complete, qualified answer to their legal question.
