On September 18, in Kutaisi, with the support of the USAID/Georgia Rule of Law Program, First Deputy Director of the Legal Aid Service, Nino Meladze, met with Akaki Tsereteli State University students, including those of Law Faculty.
Chairperson of the Bar Association, Davit Asatiani, also participated in the meeting.
The event was organized as part of the "Career Conversations" initiative.
Lawyers shared the students their knowledge and experience about their profession, the challenges and essence of a lawyer ‘s profession, the the role of attorneys in upholding the rule of law, the benefits and advantages they offer to society; - the students in Kutaisi received comprehensive responses to these and many more issues from highly competent persons.
